Shipping & Delivery Policy
Gurukul Veda is a purely digital service operated by Sashikunja Educational Services LLP. There are no physical goods shipped.
1. Service Activation
- The Basic plan is activated instantly when you complete the sign-up via Google.
- Paid plans (Basic / Growth / Elite) are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway. Activation is fully automated and typically completes within a few seconds.
2. Accessing the Service
Once activated, all content — chat tutoring, quizzes, flashcards, voice tutors, infographics, progress dashboards — is available online through:
- The website https://gurukulveda.com
- Any modern desktop or mobile browser
Simply sign in with your Google account to access the Service from any device.
3. Delivery Confirmation
- A payment receipt is sent to your registered email within a few minutes of a successful transaction.
- Your subscription status and start/end dates are always visible in Profile → Subscription.
- If you do not see your plan activated within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please email gurukulveda2026@gmail.com with your transaction ID.
4. Service Availability
We endeavour to provide the Service with 99%+ monthly uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance. In the event of an unplanned outage, our team works round-the-clock to restore service.
5. No Physical Shipping
As there are no physical products, we do not ship, courier, or deliver any tangible goods. Consequently, there are no shipping fees or delivery timelines.
