Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sashikunja Educational Services LLP ("we", "us") wants you to love Gurukul Veda. This policy explains when and how you can cancel a subscription and when refunds are available.

1. Basic Free Plan

The Basic Free plan is currently free. There are no charges at the moment and therefore no refund or cancellation is needed.

2. "Basic Lifetime" Paid Plan — 3-Day No-Questions Refund

If you purchase a Basic Lifetime one-time paid plan, you may request a full refund within 3 (three) calendar days of the original purchase, with no questions asked. After this 3-day window, the Basic Lifetime purchase becomes non-refundable.

3. Monthly / Annual Subscription Plans (Growth / Elite)

• No refunds once a billing cycle begins. Once a monthly or annual subscription is activated and charged, the fee for the current billing cycle is non-refundable.
• Pro-rata cancellation anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which it will not auto-renew. You will not be charged again.
• Unused days are not refundable. We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of the current billing cycle, but you will continue to enjoy paid features until it ends.

4. Exceptional Refunds

We will consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate charge for the same subscription on the same day — full refund of the duplicate.
• Technical failure preventing you from accessing paid features for more than 7 consecutive days with no successful workaround offered by our team.
• Unauthorised transaction reported within 7 days and verified by our team and the bank.

5. How to Request a Refund / Cancellation

Email gurukulveda2026@gmail.com from the email address registered with your Gurukul Veda account, with subject line "Refund Request — <Order ID>". Include:

• Your name and registered email
• Order ID / transaction ID
• Reason for the refund (optional for Basic Lifetime within 3 days)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary based on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first at gurukulveda2026@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Raising an invalid chargeback may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will apply only to purchases made after the updated effective date.
